- Returns: Merchandise will not be accepted without a return
authorization number and must be received within 30 days of shipment.
Sweaters that have been embroidered or otherwise altered will not
be accepted for credit.
- Restocking: 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned
merchandise. Claim of shortage or error must be reported within
three working days.
- Terms: Net 30 days with credit approval, otherwise C.O.D.,
certified check/company check with approval, or credit card (Master
Card or VISA). We reserve the right to withhold orders prior to
shipment, without notification, on overdue accounts.
- Shipment: All shipments will be F.O.B. New York.
- Samples are billed at the single-unit price.
- "Bill To" parties are responsible for verifying accuracy
of all shipments before embroidery.
- Volume Discounts: Volume discounts may be available on
600 pcs or more.
- Additional charges for all big sizes: 2X-$3.00, 3X-$6.00, 4X-$9.00,
5X-$12.00.
- No minimum order for stock colors.
- Open stock by the piece.
- Individually poly-bagged.
- In-stock sizes: S(34-36), M(38-40), L(42-44), XL(46-48), 2X(50-52),
3X(54-56), 4X(58-60), 5X(62-64).
- Talls available in certain styles.
- Ladies sizes: XS(2-4), S(6-8), M(10-12), L(14-16), XL(18-20),
2X(22-24), 3X(26-28).
- Youth sizes: S(8), M(10-12), L(14-16), XL(18-20).
- Not all colors come in all styles.
- Custom colors and private labeling require a minimum order.
- Union made sweaters are available with minimums and price
adjustments.
